VibeLoop App Privacy Policy

1. Your Journal and Online Replies

Your saved journal lives on your device. To write new replies:

• Saved vibes, notes and Council replies stay on your device. VibeLoop does not offer an account or cloud sync for your journal.
• VibeLoop sends the words needed for Council replies, Sparks, Presence and Weekly Scrolls through its service to OpenAI.

Requests to VibeLoop's service use HTTPS.

2. No Accounts, No Cloud Sync

You do not need to sign up or log in.
VibeLoop does not offer account-based cloud sync.
Saved vibes and generated responses remain in your local journal.

3. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics and crash reporting to understand app use and failures. These services may process usage, app and device information.

4. Save and Restore (Optional)

If you choose to back up your data, you can export it manually as a local file.
You can also restore it later using the same file.
We never send these files anywhere. Only you can manage them.

5. How the Council and Scrolls Are Written

When you tap Reflect, VibeLoop sends your chosen emotion and note to its service. To give the Council a sense of what came before, it may also send up to five past vibes and their notes. OpenAI generates the replies. Sparks can use relevant saved context.
When you open or return to the app, VibeLoop may write a Weekly Scroll if the previous week has at least three entries. It sends every entry from that week, including notes.
Before you save today's vibe, Daily Presence may write a short line using a recent vibe and its note. The new text is saved on your device.

6. Your Rights

You can use the app's controls to manage locally stored entries.
