1. We Don't Store Personal Data on Our Servers

VibeLoop:

• Does NOT store your entries (vibes, notes, or reflections) on our servers. Entries are processed only to generate your reflection, then discarded.
• Does NOT share your entries with advertisers or data brokers — for AI reflections, your note and emoji are sent securely to our API (and to OpenAI's API) only to generate your reflection, then discarded.

All data sent is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

2. No Accounts, No Cloud Sync

We do not require you to sign up, log in, or create an account.
There is no cloud sync or server storage.
Even your AI-generated reflections are created once and saved on your device only.

3. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, screen views, session durations, and device information. This helps us understand how users interact with VibeLoop so we can improve it. No personally identifying data is collected without your explicit consent.

4. Save and Restore (Optional)

If you choose to back up your data, you can export it manually as a local file.
You can also restore it later using the same file.
We never send these files anywhere. Only you can manage them.

5. AI Reflection Use

When you're online, VibeLoop connects to our API, which uses OpenAI (GPT‑4.1) to generate emotional reflections.
Only the data needed to create a reflection — such as your vibe note and selected emotion — is sent at that moment.
We do not store or reuse this data. Reflections are generated once and saved locally.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not store your personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, modify, or provide.
You are in full control of your data at all times.
